Wonderful pet store! Came in and expected to be ignored but was greeted and helped immensely by Em. We picked out some treats and fitted a harness perfectly for my boy. Em is a Very friendly girl and you can tell she really cares about the customers and their pets. Would recommend to anyone :)

We went shopping for the first time yesterday at 'Pet O' Chatswood. We usually shop at other pet stores but decided to visit this one since it was next door to Office Works. They had a huge selection of dog treats and a diverse range of toys. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. One thing that stood out was that we had to return the dog coat we had purchased because it was slightly too large. They were very helpful and quickly found a smaller size for us, and also credited our account for the price difference. The store was clean and the wide variety of items was impressive. To top it off, we even received an email today thanking us for our business and offering a discount off our next purchase. We will definitely be returning with our two dogs, Baci and Reggie.
