Neeta has been my hero (and my waxing wizard) for over 25 years — keeping me neat, groomed, and braver than I ever thought I could be with hot wax involved. She's heard all my secrets (probably more than any therapist), and somehow still smiles when I walk in. Now, I bring my 14-year-old daughter to “Aunty Neeta,” and the cycle continues — advice, mentoring, and now a whole new set of secrets she’s sworn to keep. I’m so grateful that I stumbled across Piaf’s via a Google search one year ago!! I’ve seen Neeta every month since then and I’m confident she is the best beauty specialist I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to many). She has the best waxing technique, her prices are super reasonable and she’s also a genuine & beautiful person. I’m a customer for life now. I have known Neeta for over 20 years, she is professional, courteous, empathetic and generous. I recently revisited Parramatta and Neeta. Of course I came to her shop to have my hair styled and legs waxed. Magically my leg hair hasn’t grown back and it’s been 8 weeks :):)

Neeta is a very professional, accommodating and friendly person. When I started going to her it was to try an eyelash tint. She gently suggested I might like my “fluffy” and almost non-existent eyebrows waxed and I haven’t looked back since! It takes time but my eyebrows are thickening up and taking shape nicely. Neeta also cares about community which can be evidenced by her willingness to be involved in the annual ‘Homewares Christmas Drive’ for families affected by domestic violence. I highly recommend Neeta for all your beauty needs.
