Permed my hair for the first time 2 days ago, it was just such a nice experience. Wakana was my stylist and she was absolutely lovely. It turned out exactly how I wanted. Japanese hospitality and service really are just top notch.

I came in last minute needing a wash and blow out for the evening, the team at Planet Hair were incredibly accommodating, got me in and out of there in 30 minutes and left me with the softest hair and a beautiful blowout. Wonderful service , thank you so much!

Just left the salon not long ago with a haircut that i absolutely adore! its my first time going here & I had rung up the reception about 15 minutes prior checking to ensure that they had space for me and sure enough they did 🥰 (i was basically a walk in) my hair stylist today was kosuke and he was very meticulous with the layers in my hair and kept it very close to the reference photo! on top of that, it was definitely catered to me to fit my facial structure and features as ive previously had similar cuts that didnt fit me at all! this one was flattering and made my face look slimmer haha 😆 not only that but the massage and treatment i received during the hair wash was very nice and refreshing overall it was a great experience. ambience was nice, there are lockers, drinks and great interior ☺️ excited to go back!

I've just left the salon with the most incredible haircut I've ever had the pleasure of receiving! The exceptional customer service and serene atmosphere made for a lovely experience. After a whole summer swimming, Kosuke, my most favourite hairdresser, saved my super dried hair again. He has been my hair stylist since 2007. And every single time, he can style my hair to the look most suitable for me. I love Planet Hair! It is the best. Today cut & perm. Looking forward results of colouring after Easter! Add: 2 weeks later came back for Hana treatment and coloring. My hair now Looks great of shiny chestnut color. Great for the autumn/winter in Sydney! Thanks Kosuke!
