This is the third time i couldnt get assistance from the pharmacist. I left without getting help. Hopefully next time customers needing medication will be given priority over casual conversations.

Omg this is probably the best Priceline Pharmacy in all of Sydney!! The prices are great and they sell a lot of big brands for skincare and makeup!! I love going here to shop for cool stuff!!

My go-to chemist in the city! The staff are always so friendly and helpful and the chemists go above and beyond to help with any medication issues or enquires. Just one example of the great service, I had an issue locating an e-script that I desperately needed filled and Hany spent quite some time with me troubleshooting until we were able to locate it. Cannot recommend enough!

Very poor customer service by manager, retail assistant opened a saline bottle for me and then it leaked as was not opened properly unfortunately, kindly asked for another replacement but manager said to buy another one and just offered to sticky tape bottle, will not shop here again... Manager wore glasses and spoke with a foreign ethnic accent. I'm sure other price lines are serviced better!
