Poor quality, setting deformed after a slight fall from pocket height. Crown fell out of the setting as a consequence. Warranty not honoured from prouds, in store said it would be covered we were honest it was dropped, head office came back wanting 200 for a new setting. I understand it was dropped i am not denying that, my expectation is that one drop shouldnt pop the crown out of the setting nor deform it to that degree. Will not be purchasing jewellery from any prouds ever again. In store staff were nice but useless, deferring to head office for decisions, head office was a stone wall. Take it how you will 🤷‍🤷‍

Absolutely terrible items broke after a few days would not recommend spending 50 - 100 $ on that stuff

Absolutely amazing service from Mandy and Marlene today. I came in the store, feeling uneasy about an enquiry as I had just come from another prouds store that could not help me. Many and Marlene made me instantly feel at ease with their bubbly personalities. They create a warm and welcoming environment, fit for anyone. If you’re looking for a positive retail experience, this is the store for you.

I generally prefer not to leave negative reviews, however; I just had quite off-putting experience and it has made me reconsider returning. I typically enjoy shopping at Prouds for my everyday jewellery, as I find their pieces to be cheap yet of decent quality. On a previous visit, I was assisted by a young saleswoman who was so lovely and helpful that I ended up purchasing four pairs of earrings, despite initially intending to buy just one set. However, my visit this morning was disappointing. When I entered the store, one team member had just finished assisting a customer, while the other two remained at the back of the store. Despite the store being empty, I was not acknowledged for quite some time. I had intended to purchase several simple bridal and bridal party earrings, so I remained patient and waited to be served. Eventually, when I was acknowledged, I explained to the staff member what I was looking for. She brought over two panels of earrings from the back wall, placed them under the glass cabinet in front of me, locked it and then walked away to hide in the back. I looked around and all staff seemed to make themselves feel unavailable in the empty store. I was so sh
