Cannot recommend Matt enough and Pyramid Cuts enough. From the moment I walked in he made me feel welcome, listened and provided excellent advice for my hair type and style - The cut and beard shape up were perfect because of this. I have been looking for a new regular barber since mine moved to Melbourne and have definitely now found one. Good vibes, good people and great service.

I recently took my grandson here for a haircut, and we had a really great experience. Matt was absolutely fantastic so friendly, patient, and great with kids. He made my grandson feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in, which made a huge difference. He listened carefully to what we wanted and delivered exactly that the haircut turned out neat, stylish, and just perfect for him. The whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming, and the shop itself was clean and well maintained. It’s not always easy finding a barber who’s this good with children, but Matt handled everything so professionally and kindly. Highly recommend this place, especially for families. I recently got my haircut by Nashwan, and the whole experience was honestly great from start to finish. He was really friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted instead of rushing into it. The haircut itself turned out really clean and well done. You can tell he pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. Everything was blended nicely, and the final result looked even better than I expected. What stood out the most was the overall service. Nashwan even offered me a drink during the appointment, which made the experience feel more relaxed and welcoming. It’s those small touches that make a big difference. I visited this barber shop with my boyfriend and honestly had such a great experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, which immediately set a positive tone. They even offered me a drink while I was waiting, which was such a thoughtful touch and really shows how much they care about their customers and the overall experience not just the haircut. The atmosphere was relaxed, clean, and welcoming. As for my boyfriend’s haircut and wow. He looked AMAZING. The barber was clearly very skilled, took their time, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell they genuinely know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. The result was clean, sharp, and exactly what my boyfriend wanted. Overall, this place is professional, friendly, and customer-focused. If you’re looking for a barber shop where you feel welcomed, looked after, and leave feeling confident and fresh, I highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be coming back! 😊😊
