⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Verve. Samuel provided outstanding hospitality from the moment I walked in and made me feel genuinely welcome. The best part was that I only had to explain what I wanted once. He listened carefully, paid incredible attention to detail, and delivered a haircut that went beyond my expectations. His hairstyling skills are truly remarkable, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work. If you’re looking for someone who listens, understands your style, and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend asking for Samuel. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had an extremely poor experience at Verve last Friday, so I'm mystified by all of the five-star reviews. Granted, I didn't try the coffee. It must be very good. The straightforward haircut and beard trim I’d requested ended up taking around an hour and a half, during which two different barbers repeatedly left me sitting unattended for extended periods of time. Verve then charged me $130, and I walked away with a perfectly ordinary haircut (which was fine) and a noticeably uneven beard trim (which was not). I arrived on time for the 11:00 am appointment I'd been given after asking about a walk-in. They didn't start my haircut until around 20 minutes later, which I suppose is fair enough. However, it then emerged that the receptionist had booked me for a skin fade, even though I'd clearly requested a regular haircut and beard trim. After some consideration, the barber assigned to me said he could cut my hair, but that somebody else would need to do the beard trim. Again, fair enough. We all have our specialisations. Unfortunately, partway through the haircut, barber number one stopped cutting, left me in the chair with my hair half-finished, and spent roughly 15 minutes talking

I’ve been looking for a barber who can cut longer hair for a while. Most barbers in Sydney, are excellent for skin fades or shorter hair but longer hair always seems to be a problem. Samuel cut my hair today and I have finally found that barber. He is top guy, attentive, and knew exactly what he was talking about. My hair is finally the right shape and style I’ve been looking for. I’ll be recommending him to all my mates 👌🏽

Shota was super friendly and attentive. I’m happy with my haircut and he even cleaned me up with a hot towel and removed any loose hair. He noticed small details that other barbers often miss. I highly recommend him!

Absolutely the best barber in Sydney. I’ve been to 6 different barbers, some of them cheaper, some of them higher end but none of them come close to the service and quality of this place. I got a warm welcome Alex asked me to describe in detail what I wanted and did it perfectly, he even gave me style tips afterwards. I could not be happier and have found my new barber in Sydney at last!!
