Been here today for the first time—and definitely the last—at this barber shop in North Parramatta. This review is mainly for the young barber who did my beard. If you don’t know how to do something, please don’t do it. You’re a barber, and you can’t afford to ruin someone’s beard or face. I wasn’t there for you to practise. I asked for a zero fade on my beard. From the moment you started, it was obvious you weren’t confident using the clippers or the razor. I kept trying to guide you and explain what I wanted, hoping it would help, but after a while I just gave up because it became clear you didn’t know how to do what I had asked for. My advice is simple: if you’re still learning, spend more time practising before working on paying customers. There’s nothing wrong with being new, but there is something wrong with taking on a job you can’t do. This is also for the owner. If a barber is still inexperienced, be honest with customers and let them decide whether they’re comfortable with that. Don’t let customers find out halfway through the service. This was my first and last visit. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. I wish you all the best, but I genuinely think you

My 2 year old son's first haircut here. Had a good experience, no tears from my little guy. Very clean and did an amazing job! Ray is very fast and good at what he does, did exactly what haircut style i asked for. Very happy. Thank you so much.
