I came here after seeing the salon advertised on social media, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. For the amount I paid, the haircut was nowhere near the quality I expected. The level of professionalism was disappointing. Throughout the haircut, the two barbers were constantly chatting with each other, repeatedly moving away while still cutting my hair. It felt like my haircut wasn’t their priority. I also didn’t feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. When I tried to explain the style I wanted, the barber came across as defensive rather than listening to my preferences, so I didn’t feel comfortable speaking up further. In the end, I walked out with a haircut that looked nothing like what I asked for. My local barber consistently does a much better job for $30. I decided to try somewhere new because of the advertising and hoped for a premium experience, but instead I left feeling disappointed and looking far worse than when I walked in. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Avi. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and gave me a clean, natural haircut. He fixed the back perfectly without cutting too much, and the result looks modern and very well balanced. Avi is professional, skilled, and pays great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the haircut and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely great experience. It had been 25+ years since my last visit to a barber. Ive been cutting my own hair but with a bit of a push from my wife I decided to try Shay @ Sonder Parramatta. Shays big welcoming smile made the experience even better. Through all the jokes and laughs we had he made me look and feel like a new man bonus was my wife loved the cut too so will defo be going back!! Thanks very much Shay, great trim bro!!

Fantastic experience at Sonders. Avi gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. He understood my hair better than any barber I’ve been to and knew exactly what he is doing. He understood what was needed and he delivered better than i expected! He also took the time to explain how to style it properly and recommended products that have been great. Professional, skilled, and genuinely helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend Avi

Shai was exceptional. Got me the exact cut with skin fade I requested for. These guys are passionate about the work and don’t rush through with a pair of clippers. A little pricey, but you get what you’re paying for!
