Absolutely fantastic experience with RELIANCE AUTO CENTRE. I brought my Honda Accord here for a service and to have the valve cover replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Harry and the team were professional, honest, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, provided a fair quote, and completed everything on time with no surprises. The workmanship was excellent, the communication was clear throughout the process, and my Accord is running great. It's refreshing to find a workshop that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its work. Highly recommend RELIANCE AUTO CENTRE to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic in Chatswood. I'll definitely be coming back for future servicing and repairs.

I called up the day before asking if they can do a rego check but explained I can only do either first thing in the morning or late in the afternoon as I need my car for my job as a community physiotherapist. They said come in at 8 in the morning and they should be able to get it done before 9:30. I arrived the next morning at 7:55 and the guy said they won’t prioritise rego checks and it would take at least 2-4 hours. If they just said that on the phone that would’ve been completely ok. But don’t lie to me and then have me waste my morning.

Live close by . Always send my car to them for car service . It’s been over 10years now. Owner,Henry ,always nice and so professional. I discovered that my tire was punctured by a nail, which was quite a hassle. I called Henry directly without any appointment. Despite being busy, he readily agreed to help me. I had just gone to the gym to work out, and after finishing, I received a text from him saying he had picked up my car. The service was very considerate, and the prices have always been reasonable.

I visited this repair center to replace the left headlight globe. A little over a month later, I noticed a noticeable decay in both the color and brightness of the globe. I returned twice to have the issue resolved, but the problem remains unsolved. Despite the existence of a "parts warranty," they refused to offer an exchange or refund. The bussiness owner insisted the light was functioning properly and guaranteed it would pass the annual inspection. I disagree—and I’ve attached some photos so you can judge for yourself. Edit: The color difference was notable on Day1 but I chose to believe the bussiness owner. Until one evening I had to walk out of the car to close a gate and be shocked by how much worse it had become. Thought I should not skip this detail so you can learn from my lesson.

Brought my Maserati Levante to Harry for a blue slip. Harry was friendly and capable and got it done in within a reasonable time. Also gave me a heads up about the need to replace a rear windscreen wiper which I appreciated a lot. Harry also went out of his way to replace some number plates as well. Stand up bloke and will not hesitate to recommend Reliance Auto Centre to anyone.
