I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Ben Tan at Remax. After previously being with another agency that was quite average, the standard of management has been significantly higher. About a year ago my parents had recommended him as they’ve been very happy with his service managing their investment property and I’m so glad I made the switch. He is extremely on top of everything proactive, organised, and always quick to communicate. I feel completely confident that my investment property is being well looked after. Nothing ever feels overlooked, and any issues are handled efficiently and professionally. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my property is in such capable hands. I had a disappointing experience with Ben. He was not trustworthy in my opinion, claiming all the bond without clear reasons and demanding large invoices for work that was never done. If you're a tenant, be cautious—ensure you hand in your keys directly at the office and take photos of the handover process. It's important to protect yourself from potential issues. I would advise others to be vigilant and document everything thoroughly when dealing with this agent.
