As soon as we inspected the property we knew we wanted it. Ever since we put through the rental application Selda Uykun the property manager has been supporting us through the process of moving in to this property. Starting from the major cleanings to minor repairs and even installing new carpets, everything was catered to by her, as we requested. With her prompt responses and praiseworthy work ethics Selda has truly ticked off all the boxes to be an extremely reliable Property Manager. I would highly recommend R&W for budget friendly rental accommodations.

We have been leasing under this agency for the past 5 years with no renovations been done or required . Last month our air conditioning unit malfunctioned and our property manager has yet to get this issue addressed . Despite numerous follow ups they keep making excuses for over a month now ,In this current extreme weather situation my husband and I are having sleepless nights leading to disruption to our work and life. This real estate agency is not professional nor considerate towards its tenants . Such poor professional conduct is unacceptable. Everytime we follow up they have a new excuse . First it was property manager is on sick leave then come to find out property manager is unaware then property manager finds a company which is yet to contact us to do the repair or new installation. I fail to understand why we pay rental and get bullcrap as a response to a basic need at this time .

I would like to mention that Mr Adrian Bruno was one of the best realestate agents I've spoken to, he is kind and understanding and will go out of his way to ensure the best for both the owners of the properties he handles as well as the tenants. I have just been approved for a rental property with Richardson & Wrench Blacktown and Adrian has been nothing short of wonderful. As a first time applicant it is extremely difficult to get into the market but Adrian did everything he could to ensure I was well looked after and happy with my place. It means a lot to me and I am forever grateful :)
