Amazing food and great value! Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the BBQ ribs, steak, chicken wings and seafood platter. The meat was juicy, tender and full of flavour, and the portions were very generous. A special thank you to Travis for the excellent service. He was friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. His great attitude made the whole dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be back!

Can highly recommend trying one (or more) of the sharing platters. Having only 3 diners in our group, we opted for the New York steak, pork ribs & king size shrimp platter for two platter as well as the seafood jambalaya - both very good. An American beer would have been nice to go with the theme but no-go here so we went with the American Spider (Coke + ice cream) to wash things down. For dessert, we ordered the deep fried Mars Bar - very good + the “chocolate cake” desert cocktail + American thick shake. The thick shake could’ve been thicker but was still delicious. Go to dishes: Seafood jambalaya + deep fried Mars Bar

Highly recommend Roast Republic for large group gatherings! We had a team dinner for 20+ people and everyone raved about the fantastic meat platters and cocktails. The service was very attentive and catered to all dietary requirements.

We had a wonderful experience tonight. Marino served us and it was an absolute pleasure. You could genuinely tell that he loves his job, and that passion showed in the outstanding service he provided throughout the evening. The food was beautiful, and the service was friendly, attentive, and professional. Marino made us feel very welcome and helped make our night even more enjoyable. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience!

What a restaurant! If you’re a meat lover then I can’t recommend this place enough and it has a great social atmosphere too. The staff are super welcoming and helpful, offering guidance on the menu if you need it and remained really attentive throughout our visit. It’s not the largest of dining spaces so worth making a reservation. We opted for the sharing platter which was incredible - absolutely massive, presented well and some of the tastiest food I’ve ever had! The quality of cooking was spot on and all the meat remained juicy, with the sides being just as good. It was served in surprisingly good time and, although expensive, was good value given the amount of food and quality. The bathrooms are a bit of a trek and the access route not really in keeping with the rest of the vibe, but at least they were clean along with the rest of the restaurant. Overall it was a brilliant meal and I cannot wait to return!
