I bought a pair of running shoes for marathon training—my second pair of the same model. I originally chose them based on a recommendation from the Running Warehouse team, and the first pair served me very well. After about four months, one of the shoes developed a manufacturing fault. The Running Warehouse team was very supportive and, after completing the appropriate checks, arranged a replacement pair. I’m very happy with the service, the product and the outcome. Excellent customer support throughout.

Purchased my 3rd pair of Hoka Cliftons & the sole fell apart after 3 months. As it was well within warranty I documented with photos & requested a replacement but they have been demanding I destroy the shoes & send photos before I get a replacement pair or a refund. Considering I need these shoes for work & my claim is in accordance with consumer law, this is the most ridiculous warranty process & condition I have ever come across. I strongly suggest thinking twice before making a purchase from this retailer.

Shocking customer service! I should have read the reviews before I purchased my Hoka shoes from Running Warehouse. Previously I have purchased three pairs of Hoka shoes, Clifton 10 size 7B. I ordered a pair From running warehouse and they were a refraction too big . when I tried to do a refund I was told if they are labeled correctly, which they were they won’t refund. Clearly, it is a manufacturing fault, but they didn’t seem to care. I went into a Hoka shop & tried on a pair of 7B that fitted perfectly! I explained what had happened & was told that it sounded like a Manufacturing problem & if the shoes were purchased in their shop they would have been refunded or exchanged without a problem. I would not recommend running warehouse and I think they need to learn how to keep a customer happy and satisfied.

Great store, I had no intention of buying shoes when I wandered in while my car was getting serviced. Then along came Kurt who encouraged me to try on a few different shoes i hadn't tried before, loved them - bought them - will be back again to buy more in the future.

Purchased a pair of ASICS Superblast 2 online and the quality was well below expectations. Issues included glue lifting between the upper and sole, tag lifting from the tongue, and a misaligned grip pad creating a lip that will almost certainly peel over time. These aren’t minor “imperfections” - they’re early signs of failure. Customer service made things worse. Susan dismissed the issues outright as “imperfections not faults” (not sure how they differ, but okay) and refused to offer an exchange, despite stock being available in my size at the time. Conveniently, that stock disappeared overnight after I raised the issue. I was told I could return them - at my own cost - and only for a refund, not an exchange. Not exactly confidence inspiring when the product is clearly subpar. I’ve now escalated the matter to NSW Fair Trading to resolve. Would not recommend based on both product quality and after-sales support. Not faulty customer support, just imperfect.
