Very rude franchisee! We have been a regular customer and purchased a school shoes for our son just 2 days ago. We were recommended a $120 shoes and told it is the best and if it were scuffed, the marks will not be obvious due to quality and durability. This is misleading as after one day of wearing the shoes, there is significant abrasion. The owner Jason then accused my son of damaging the shoes by kneeling, dragging his shoes, riding a scooter or kicking the ground! What a "top class customer service"! Rather than trying to understand our explanation, he brushed us off with these reasons just so we will go away. Jason does not care if I lodge a complaint with Fair Trading (sounds like he has experience dealing with it!). Anyway, we will never purchased from this store again. If you can't listen to your customers and respect them, they will go away.My family will never use this store again. Thank you.

Visited The Athlete’s Foot Chatswood today to swap shoes I had previously purchased that were ill-fitting. Was helped by Alice who did an amazing job selecting a range of shoes that fit my size and preference. She was super attentive and kind and made the whole experience super easy and pleasant! Thank you Alice for helping me select some new runners!

I visited The Athlete’s Foot Chatswood on Saturday to purchase running shoes and had a great experience. Michael was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. He explained the MyFit3D assessment clearly and helped us understand different foot types as well as which shoes would be most suitable. His guidance made the whole experience easy and informative. Highly recommend this store and Michael’s service.

On a late Thursday evening on the 7th of May 2026, we visited Athlete’s Foot Chatswood Westfield in search of a pair of netball shoes. We were thoroughly impressed by the quality of customer service we received from a young shop assistant. She was incredibly patient attentive and caring, ensuring we found the perfect fit. We also noticed she was assisting another older customer and her attentiveness remained impeccable. Well done to the team for having such a fantastic member and maintaining such a high standard.
