I celebrated my 30th birthday here with family and friends and we had such a wonderful night. The whole team made the experience so enjoyable. Thank you to the floor staff, the chefs behind the scenes, and the bartender who looked after us throughout the evening everyone was so attentive and welcoming. A big thank you to Stacey for being so helpful and organised during the planning stage, and to Daryl for the recommendation and introduction from the beginning. My guests kept mentioning how beautiful the setup was and how delicious the food was from start to finish. Myself and my family also stayed the night, and the rooms met our expectations spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Convenient location, after exiting the M4 it was the first turn. It was the perfect place to celebrate such a special milestone. Thank you to the entire team for making the night so memorable. ✨

This is not a hotel — it feels like a jail. The air conditioning did not work at all, and despite complaining multiple times, nothing was resolved. The room was unbearably hot all night. The rooms were poorly maintained and extremely dusty — wherever you put your clothes, they would be covered in a thick layer of dust. There was no shower gel in the room, and even after calling three times, it was only delivered after three days. The service from this hotel is zero. Even at the buffet breakfast, the staff was unhelpful. On the first day, we asked for a boiled egg, and they said it was unavailable, even though omelettes and other egg dishes were being served. The next day, we noticed boiled eggs were being provided to other customers, so we requested them again — only then they were given to us. On the following day, when we asked again, the staff said they didn’t have boiled eggs, and when we explained that they had been provided the day before, the staff shrugged it off, saying “it might be a wrong person.” If they are cooking eggs for breakfast, there is no reason they cannot provide a simple boiled egg. After spending 32000 QFP plus $ we had 3 room changes for a three night stay . We had no aircons, then we had blocked sinks , then we got a desktop fan as we were claustrophobic . We had missing spoons , cups and classes. Duty managers, Alex and Mel tried very hard to comfort the guests .Pool area has rusted railings , spa 4/10 over chorilnated. The facility needs to be audited for hospitality compliance .
