I’m really disappointed with my experience with Saint Valentine Jewellery. I purchased a pair of large Positano Hoop earrings, and within 1–2 weeks of wearing them, one of the clasps became faulty and the earring kept falling out. I contacted customer service, and while they were responsive and arranged for the earring to be repaired, I was surprised that a repair was offered instead of a replacement given how new the earrings were. Unfortunately, after receiving the repaired earring back, the clasp still didn’t feel secure. It later fell out while I was wearing it and was lost. When I contacted the team again, I was advised that they were unable to offer a replacement as they couldn’t confirm the loss was due to the original fault. The option provided was for me to purchase a single replacement earring. I appreciate that the team was polite and responsive throughout, but I don’t feel the resolution offered was fair given the circumstances and the original fault. I genuinely love the earrings and the quality of Saint Valentine Jewellery, which is why this has been so disappointing. Horrible experience, don’t shop here. I was given earrings as a gift and they arrived with a major fault and Saint Valentine are refusing to refund. Video evidence was provided of the earrings not staying closed after the first wear (one literally fell out of my ear and onto the floor) and the earrings were returned, and I requested a refund rather than a repair. The company admitted the earrings required repair while also insisting that they were not faulty(?). Three email requests for a refund have been refused with painfully obvious ChatGPT written responses from their customer service team. First I was told I was having the earrings sent back to me with the phrase ‘thanks for understanding’ (we had not reached an understanding) and when asked not to, they offered a store credit as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ despite three repeated requests for a refund. We are still waiting to hear back on our most recent email. I never write negative reviews and always attempt to resolve an issue with a company privately, because I think that’s fair. I am shocked by how bad this experience has been. I have no faith that this company is trustworthy and I would not recommend purchasing from Saint

So nice, I had to order it twice. The mum collection for Mother’s Day was absolutely beautiful. I spell not only my mum, but my mother-in-law with the gold ring. One of the rings I ordered online which came promptly, and wrapped beautifully. The other ring I ended up going into the Manly Boutique the day before Mother’s Day and everything was packaged beautifully and the store was absolute perfection. I am only upset that I didn’t get myself a ring as well, being a mother of three.

Great collection of fine jewellery, the sample sales they do are always amazing. Most of the jewellery purchased here are still in perfect condition, considering I wear my jewellery everyday.

I purchased two rings from Saint Valentine and while they were initially beautiful, the quality has been disappointing. After only about a month of wear, the gold plating has faded significantly and both rings now look very silver. I spent over $300 on the two rings, including engraving, and they looked great for roughly two weeks before the fading became obvious. I’ve purchased gold-plated jewellery from other brands that has lasted much longer under similar conditions. I understand the recommendation to remove the rings before washing hands or getting them wet, but this isn’t very practical for everyday wear. Constantly taking rings on and off is frustrating, and unfortunately even with careful use the plating has worn away quickly. Using the provided polishing cloth made no difference. I’ve bought multiple pieces from Saint Valentine in the past and unfortunately have had similar issues with quality. While the designs are lovely, the durability doesn’t match the price point. I’d recommend considering brands with better long-term quality for everyday jewellery.
