Genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The jewellery is marketed as “waterproof,” yet mine discoloured after very minimal, normal exposure to water. When I raised this, I was told this is “normal wear and tear,” which completely contradicts their own advertising. If your product cannot withstand basic use, calling it waterproof is misleading at best. What’s worse is how this was handled. Every response felt scripted and dismissive, hiding behind “internal reviews” instead of actually addressing the issue. I was told this was their “final resolution,” despite the fact that no real resolution had been provided. They also attempted to shut down communication on the platform I originally contacted them on and insisted I continue elsewhere, which felt like an attempt to control the situation rather than resolve it. To top it off, they made a refund conditional on me returning the item at my own expense, even though the issue is clearly with the product itself. This is not how a business that stands by its products operates. Overall, this brand seems far more focused on avoiding responsibility than supporting its customers. Poor quality product, even worse

This is the first ever review I’m posting because they truly deserve it! Found the store first in Newtown and I was so happy when saw they are coming to manly now too!! Their pieces are just stunning, great quality and a bit for everyone! I’m wearing my rings & bracelet every day, besides getting complimented to it all the time, the colour stays !!! Can recommend them to everyone out there !!

I am a lover of buying jewelry, without a doubt I can say that Xuan Studio in Manly has been one of the best places regarding quality and the price is simply excellent. Jolene was extremely kind to me and I thank her for her attention just like Emily (I hope I'm not confusing her name), honestly zero pressure on her part to buy but genuine help which is always appreciated and makes me want to buy more than just run away. Every time they ask me about my jewelry recommendations the name of this place comes out first.

I stopped by this lovely boutique today with my friends and we absolutely loved it! 💍 We were warmly welcomed by Jolene, who took the time to help and advise us with such kindness and a smile. Thanks to her, we found some beautiful jewelry pieces that truly suit us. A wonderful discovery; both for the quality of the pieces and the amazing service!
