My husband and I are so incredibly grateful for Sandcastles Childcare Chatswood 2 and every single teacher here. From the toddler room to now transitioning into the preschool room, We truly feel that without the support, care, and dedication of all the teachers, Our heart would not feel this calm and reassured. Noah is my precious treasure who came to me at the age of 44, after 15 years of marriage. As an older mother, I often feel inexperienced and worry about everything. But every single day at drop-off and pick-up, the teachers greet me with warm smiles, kindly explain how Noah’s day has been, and treat both of us with such genuine care. 5 Stars – If I could give 6 (or more), I would! Sandcastles has been an absolute blessing for our family over many wonderful years. My older daughter attended from 18 months to 5 years old, growing tremendously in confidence, curiosity, and kindness under the centre's nurturing care. Even after we moved to a different suburb and the commute became significantly longer, we couldn't bear to leave— the warmth, consistency, and exceptional quality of care made every extra minute on the road worthwhile. When our younger daughter was ready for childcare at around 1 year old, there was no question: we enrolled her at Sandcastles too. Both girls have thrived in an environment filled with genuine love, thoughtful attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to each child's individual needs and development. Yelim manages everything with such grace, efficiency, and warmth—she truly keeps the centre running seamlessly and creates a welcoming community feel. We feel so lucky to have found Sandcastle Chatswood 2. Annie and Alice have really enjoyed their time here and always come home happy. Huge thanks to Yelim, Kelly, Jessica, Paris, Emily and many other wonderful teachers who care so much for the kids. The teachers are warm, engaging, and create such a positive environment. We also love that there are fun and interesting excursions from time to time — such great experiences for the children!

I enrolled my one-year-old baby in this wonderful center and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The programs are thoughtfully designed, blending fun and learning in a nurturing and -filled environment. What I truly appreciate is how the educators tailor their approach to each child’s personality and preferences, making every little one feel special and understood. I’ve had an amazing time at Sandcastles Childcare Centre 2! From the moment my daughter started at 18 months, the staff has been super warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about working with kids.
