DONT VISIT THIS STORE!!!!! The assistant manager was, without a doubt, the most unprofessional retail employee I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was appalling. She spoke to one of the employees with absolutely no respect, using such a rude, condescending tone that it was uncomfortable to witness. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially by someone who is supposed to be leading a team. Her behaviour towards customers wasn't any better. She came across as cold, dismissive, and genuinely irritated that people were in the store. Instead of making customers feel welcome, she made the entire atmosphere tense and unpleasant. Every interaction seemed to have an unnecessary attitude behind it, and it honestly made me want to leave. The only positive part of my visit was the lovely woman wearing a scarf. She was the only employee who was genuinely kind, welcoming, and professional.She was patient, respectful, and made an effort to help despite the negative environment around her. Don’t shop at Sheils Blacktown. They lie and make returns difficult. On the website clearly says you can return. In-store staff say can only exchange. Then say they need to get manager approval. Then say need head office approval (even after showing what it says online). Then say as it’s over $300 need to get further approval. After asking to speak to area manager, they decided to refund. So stop making returns difficult. Look after customers!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service at the Blacktown branch. Quality of products 1. White gold necklace broke after wearing less then a day and 2. Daughters earring backing fell off (the first time an earring backing has ever fallen out) no replacement offered and when I asked for a new backing I was told go to the $2 store and get a fake one… where is customer service these days I know my engagement ring won’t be coming from here!
