So excited to pick up and take home our brand new Signature Kakadu 13ft Hybrid Van. This is our second Signature product - we loved the first one and looking forward to adventuring in this one. They delivered on time and the handover was brilliant. Thanks Andrew and Signature.

Signature were fantastic to deal with. From visiting their show room floor, Greg was able to answer all our questions and give us a good understanding of the Rugrat. After choosing our spec we were well looked after by Andrew, who kept us up to date with our order. Overall we are very happy with the overall service and extremely happy with our caravan choice. Matt at signature campers is great, down to earth bloke, knew the product back to front, wasn't pushy for a sale. Even after the sale was made (Iridum 13 gen 2), contacting him was easy to sort out some minor problems and answer questions I had. Greg was also great when picking up camper. Spent a considerable amount of time explaining things (which to most are probably common knowledge) as we are first van buyers and weren't sure about a lot of things. Would highly recommend Signature campers and will see them again when we upgrade.

Okay, If I could’ve left a zero start I would have. Let me start by saying we didn’t purchase the product which was a Rugrat. However we did order one and at one point we were so excited and passionate about the product. However, we lost faith in the entire product. This was to be our first van. We ordered it at a 4wd show at eastern creek. In August/sept 24 and were advised of a Feb delivery (subject to change which we understood). The wheels fell off our order when our sales guy left the business and all communication had stopped, we were not informed that our salesman had left so the emails we were sending him with questions etc just went unanswered. It wasn’t until we reached out sometime later wondering why we had heard nothing. We had requested a modification with our van as we had the air con to be installed which meant the rooftop storage would be halved, and we were okay with that. We requested that the rooftop storage rails on the van be extended so we could use them as tie down points for boards etc. we were told they would have to check and come back to us. I reached out middle of October to our new salesman Cooper about how request only to be told “your order is a lon
