I’m now the proud owner of a Smidge Teardrop Camper, thanks to Michael, Connor and the team at Suncamper! The service was exceptional from my initial online enquiry through to delivery. Michael called me the next morning to answer my questions and even took the time to give me a video tour of the camper, which was incredibly helpful as I was purchasing from SA while Suncamper is based in NSW. The camper is beautifully built, with exceptional quality and a clever use of space. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend Suncamper for their outstanding customer service and quality products. Thank you!

A big thank you to James and all the team at Suncamper. We recently had a problem with our electrical system. We sent an email to Suncamper on the Sunday night explaining the issues we were having and by 8.00am Monday morning James was on the phone to us organising a auto electrician in Batemans bay . We saw the auto electrician at 11am that day who diagnosed the problem being the CBC panel. James shipped a new panel Monday night which arrived Tuesday morning and by 1.30pm Tuesday we were back on the road. We can't express how impressed we are with the service Suncamper provides . Once again thank you James you are a champion. We also must acknowledge Totally Equipped 4x4 Batemans Bay

Very happy with Suncamper's Customer Service regarding, the replacement of our Mercedes Sprinter Placard ( Tyre pressure plate,) which was offered quickly and where we thought we would have to deal with Mercedes. Now, only wish for Suncamper to fix our other two, small issues being, installation of the inverter switch and the installation of the inexpensive table top extension bracket? Only then we would we be truly "Happy Suncampers." Gail and Deb Melbourne.

Interesting to meet other Suncamper owners on the road over Xmas and New Year 2026, whom also have terrible stories to tell about this company! Suncamper lack "Transparent Commulnication and Customer Care." Read below to save money on chassis! After an 18 month wait, for our Saxby V2 to be built and at delivery stage, we had several issues with Suncamper's Sale's Manager and their COO (Chief Operations Officer,) to get what we ordered, on our contract and we encounted 3 big issues such as, 1) In Aug 2025, Suncamper tried to sell us, a Feb 2023 chassis, on completion of the motorhome build, when we were told at completion by the Sales Manager, that "We had a Nov 2024 chassis," and a "2024 chassis" was stated on our contract! That was a 2.5 year old chassis before we took ownership of our motorhome and, a loss of safety features and thousands of dollars, price difference in the two chassis models! The Sales Manager tried to justify the chassis problem by saying, " Suncamper have no control over what chassis they receive and they just accept what chassis their suppliers deliver." Updated review Nov 2025:In the process of an engineering inspection which required removing the cab trim, the cutout in our vehicle was exposed. I include the photos. Previous review:Our Chengbang Idea windows used in our motorhome warped within the warranty period. This morning, the most affected window is unable to be closed at all. The latch is prohibiting closure. The opposite window has a gap which allows in rain when fully closed. We have emails from the importer requesting we contact Suncamper with a solution & we have emails from Suncamper asking us to contact the importer for a solution. Neither company appeared willing to resolve this. On our experience, our choice of Suncamper as our motorhome manufacturer was a very expensive mistake & we cannot recommend them. Response, Given we left this review over a year ago over our warping & leaking windows particularly in response to Suncamper’s request for further information the manufacturer requested in regards to the issue, I’m puzzled by their statement that it is not their intention “to leave customers feeling unsupported,” particularly as Suncamper requested further information regarding the windows’ faults on Nov 8th 20
