I'm so pleased with my amethyst crystal geode that i purchased from Sk Crystals and it arrived safely to my house in the UK! The customer service was excellent and they stayed in contact to help me get it shipped over. The Crystals are beautiful and definitely collector grade! I highly recommend this shop. My kids and I found this Crystal shop during a visit in Manly a few months ago and they really enjoyed the variety of crystals and the shop set up. We have spent over $300 in a few months. The experience turned 360 during our recent visit. My 5 year old used his money from Christmas from grandparents, went to the store and purchased a $90 aura Crystal wand to add to his collections. Unfortunately when he got home and trying to set it up, the wand shattered into two pieces and made him very upset. We contacted the store staff immediately and she advised that she will get back to us. However we never received any reply from her. Two weeks later after our family trip, we visited the store and spoke to the staff member in person hoping to reach a solution. The staff was very rude and impatient. She blamed us not visiting the store during Monday to Friday to speak to her manager which we couldn’t as we have been away for 2 weeks. She said there’s nothing can be done. She blamed that it was our family’s bad energy causing the crystal wand to break which is extremely upsetting and felt like a personal attack. We were so upset and left the store letting our kids know that the shop assis

Great variety. Purchased the largest crystal I have ever bought as a gift for over $300. Little disappointed in the size and didn't receive any notes on the crystal (where it was sourced and the healing properties). Gorgeous piece however and will shop again x

Stunning Crystals & Awesome Service! I purchased online, my crystals arrived super quick and they are gorgeous. Bursting with delicious energy & beautifully cleansed. Liz from SK was so lovely to deal with by sms re one item I wanted which had sold out.
