Recently went to this shop for the first time ever to get my wife’s designer shoes fixed. The service was unbelievable, quick and professional. Finally found a decent shoe shop where things get done the way they should. Thank you to both of the gentlemen who provided exceptional service, prompt service and a great outcome.

Just got a pair of Nike Air cira ‘07 resoled as the original soles disintegrated over time. The team went above and beyond to find appropriate soles that fit the last shape from that era – and furthermore replaced them with a pair of soles that are from a highly limited run. Well done, boys! Much appreciated 👌👌👌

SSS is a true artisanal problem solving operation. Very rare these days to find intelligent people bringing an inventive and professional approach to the very high quality work they do. I dropped off a pair of shoes that had significant wear (paint stripped, fabric discolouration) with the team at Sneaker Spa. They promised they could repair the shoes to look "good as new," specifically stating they could restore the embossed logos. I paid $310 upfront. They promised the shoes would be ready by Dec 16 and that they would send progress updates. Neither happened. I received zero updates and had to chase them for information. When I finally got through, I was told the logos would be stencilled (painted) on, despite the originals being embossed leather. They claimed the staff member I originally spoke to gave the "wrong impression" and that they actually couldn't emboss logos at all. I finally picked the shoes up two months after the promised date, after being given three different completion dates that were all missed. The stencil work is poor quality - which they claimed was "the best they could do" - and they had misplaced the original laces, forcing me to return twice to retrieve them. These shoes held a lot of sentimental value. This was a poor experience that failed to deliver the restoration that was promised.
