I had a wonderful back massage (which also included arms/hands which was a nice surprise) and the facial was really relaxing. I was impressed with the head and neck massage during the facial as well. The relaxation lounge afterwards with herbal tea and snacks was beautiful. Definitely recommend

Had the best de-stress massage with Tanya. She was amazing and I haven’t had a massage like that in 2 years. I would highly recommend her. The pressure was perfect for what I was wanting. 10 stars across the board and I will be requesting her when I come back again

We had a couples’ spa session that included access to a sauna, a massage, and a facial. The staff was friendly and professional. The sauna was a small room with a glass door that had gaps, allowing cold and hot air to escape. It wasn’t the best sauna experience, but we didn’t have high expectations since saunas aren’t common in Australia. The massage was good, but the facial was a disappointment. First, the products didn’t absorb well into the skin and felt tacky. Second, after the exfoliation, they didn’t remove the physical exfoliation properly from my face. The moisturizer afterward felt like rubbing sand on my skin. Initially, I thought it was one of the steps that hadn’t been done yet, but they told me it was all done. I left with a sticky face covered in tiny sandy exfoliation residues. The refreshments afterward were nice, and the view was beautiful (if you look past the construction site).

My husband and I received the 60 min spa relaxation package for our birthdays as a gift. We arrived early and the lady allowed both of us to use the sauna as it was available. After the sauna, we had our massages which were so relaxing. We wrapped up our time in the relaxation lounge with the complimentary tea and snacks. Thank you to the staff for making us feel special for our birthdays. We would definitely come back 😊

I had the best massage ever! The therapist knew exactly how to get rid of all my stress and tension. The pressure was spot on and I felt totally relaxed the whole time.
