We just completed the installation of a substantial solar and battery system with Solarbank. Everyone we dealt with from the first contact to the final installation was exceptional. Communication was clear, their price reasonable and workmanship excellent. In an industry with a lot of cowboys and shonky operators, Solarbank stand out. As a construction industry professional I have no hesitation recommending them if you are considering a solar or battery system.

After seeking a dozen quotes for a home battery system, Solarbank was the only company that truly inspired confidence. They were one of only two providers to offer a site inspection before quoting, and the only one to actually read the detailed background info I provided in my RFQ. Janice was exceptional—she arrived promptly, was incredibly thorough during the inspection, and provided impartial, high-quality advice. I particularly appreciated that she didn't pressure me into a 'hard sell,' even reassuring me that my existing solar array was sufficient. She remained patient as I refined my scope and requested multiple quote revisions. On installation day, Matt and Charlie arrived promptly and worked tirelessly through the rain. They were polite, efficient, and left the site spotless. Matt also took the time to walk me through the MySigen app settings during commissioning. The entire process was fuss-free. I’m thrilled with my battery system and couldn't recommend Solarbank’s top-tier service more highly.

We are very happy with the process to get a battery and solar panels installed at our home. The Solarbank quote was competitive and the representative was very informative as to the design and selection of the optimum system. The installation went smoothly and the tradesmen undertaking the work worked in well with us during the install. we like the simplicity of the Synenergy app and now look forward to seeing reduced power bills and be less reliant on the grid for our household power needs.

Well priced, professional, efficient and installed a solar battery and new panels with a minimum of fuss 2 days ago. The system works, all workmen cleaned up after themselves and the app attached to the product is fascinating. I would definitely recommend Solarbank as a reliable, honest crew.

The Solarbank team did a fantastic job of installing our new battery! The quote was reasonable and informative, no hidden extras and they also organised an excellent level 2 electrician to upgrade the meter board. Overall I was very impressed with their professional approach and I would highly recommend Jordan and the team!
