I highly recommend Matt and the team to absolutely anyone! I received, and continue to receive nothing but absolute professionalism in every appointment, from the receptionist to Matt and his fellow colleagues. I am never left wondering, and always leave with a thorough description of my injuries, and their extent, aswell as rehabilitation requirements to ensure the best results. Massive wraps to the whole team!!

I cannot recommend Matt and the team at Sports Physio West highly enough. I started seeing Matt 5 years ago for sore feet and shin splint injuries from long distance running. It had been 2-3 years since I had been able to actually run longer than a few hundred metres due to the inflammation and pain. I'd tried other physios and they'd made the problem worse! Within weeks, Matt had me back to running. All it took was some simple stretches (not crazy exercises!) and him suggesting I get fitted for new running shoes. I was utterly amazed and eternally grateful. Now I've moved out of the area, I drive an hour each way to get treatment with Matt. I know he provides quality treatment, it is worth the trip and saves me time and money overall from trialling other physios who can't correct the issues or injuries. Matt has helped me straighten my posture and reduce neck and shoulder tension from daily computer work, eased inflammation in my spinal joints after the 2020 Christmas holidays (that other massage therapists and physios on the Tweed Coast where I was staying couldn't fix and I was starting to think I'd need back surgery!!), and coached me to build back up in running, sprints, sw

Your customer service is excellent. From the reception staff to the physiotherapists themselves, they are all professional, knowledgeable and caring. My physiotherapist was incredibly approachable and took the time to understand my problem and to listen. I appreciate the time they took to explain the underlying cause of the problem so I fully understood what was needed to be corrected. I would highly recommend your practice to anyone.

After a negative experience with another physio in the Parramatta area I was referred to Sports Physio West / Matt by my surgeon. The difference between the two was immediately apparent as Matt was professional, knowledgeable and made the tough rehab process as enjoyable as it could be. I am very happy with the results and couldn't recommend these guys enough.

I saw Jordan here a few times for a shoulder injury, he was able to see from my scans that it was a back/neck issue, not a shoulder issue as my GP had suspected. Good service and nice clean, new premises. Just hard to find parking around the area so not the most convenient location. Had to arrive extra early to leave time for parking, but appointments were often running 15-20 mins late, but at least waiting area is comfortable.
