The facility is spotless, bright, and really well laid out, with tons of modern equipment so I’ve never had to queue for a rack or machine, even at peak time. Great energy in the room, and the team are super approachable and always willing to jump in if you need a spot or help with form.

24×7 gym with great equipment, very clean environment, and proper ventilation. The gym floor is spacious, machines are well maintained, and it never feels too congested even during peak hours. Staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is motivating for workouts. Definitely one of the better gyms in the suburb if you’re looking for cleanliness, good quality equipment, and a comfortable training experience.

Been going to Strive Fitness Parramatta recently and the experience has been really good so far. The gym has a great vibe, the equipment is new and well maintained, and there’s plenty of space to train properly without feeling too crowded. The staff are respectful and helpful, which makes the environment comfortable for everyone.

I’ve been training at Strive Fitness Parramatta for a while now and honestly it’s one of the best gyms in Parramatta. The gym is very clean, modern, and has plenty of high-quality equipment, so you rarely need to wait for machines even during busy hours. The atmosphere is motivating and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

Great motivational gym, recently moved into the area and came across it in its convenient location to the residential high-rises and Parramatta station. It's facilities cleaned frequently with exceptionally friendly staff members. Diverse range of equipments ranging from machines and free weights, would say the facilities would require a major maintenance to fresh the wear and tear from age. I hope eventually the gym can gets an expansion with new stairs to connect the gym aesthetically. Would need to highlight, maybe for strive Parramatta especially as being a heavy rental concentrated suburb offer more flexible shorter contracts to attract short term renters with no penalties as I believe that's the reason majority would prefer alternatives. Overall I would Recommend strive to those looking for a good gym to commit on a contract base, before joining request for a gym tour and ask questions on the Terms and conditions to know what your signing up for. ⚽ 🏋️🤾🎉
