Don't listen to these other rubbish comments, these people act like they have been training at 6 star gyms their whole lives, this gym is the cleanest and friendliest. There aren't other places that exist in this tier of service so idk what these are people are commenting or reviewing negatively about. As if they have had better in the past to feel entitled to have a gym match their previous experiences (gyms like these don't exist in Sydney so they are comparing to their imagination).

I have had an overall positive experience with this gym, particularly in terms of its well equipped facilities and highly convenient location in Parramatta. The space itself is modern and generally pleasant to train in, which aligns with the expectations of a premium fitness centre. However, there are aspects that fall significantly below the standard one would expect. Most notably, the cleanliness of the men’s restroom is consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, the area has been left in an unhygienic state, with toilet paper scattered across the floor and a very strong, unpleasant odour. This creates an environment that feels poorly maintained and not in line with the premium image the gym promotes. Additionally, the locker area within the restroom is often untidy and poorly managed. Personal belongings are frequently left on the floor, contributing to a cluttered and unclean space, as I am unable to find a place to put my belongings. This further detracts from the overall experience and raises concerns about the upkeep of shared facilities. I had been thinking of leaving a review for a long time, and I finally got the time to do so. I really like this gym because it is always clean and hygienic. The staff regularly maintain the equipment, and the overall environment is fresh and well-organized, making it a great place to work out. I have been working here for a long time, and the staff are very friendly. They also have a great space for other exercises.

I have been a member of this gym for over two years and have attended at all hours, from early mornings to late evenings. Based on this experience, I can confidently say this is one of the most unhygienic gyms I have ever been to. I am now planning to cancel my membership due to serious hygiene concerns. At first glance, the gym may appear clean because the lighting is quite dim, but over time it becomes clear that the same dirt and stains remain unchanged for weeks and even months. The bathrooms are consistently unclean, which is especially concerning given how busy the gym gets. During peak hours (4–8 pm), cleaning should be more frequent, yet this does not happen. Basic hygiene standards are not met, only one toilet has sanitizer available, while the others have been out of order for a long time. Dust is clearly visible between machines (such as the adduction/abduction equipment), and some dumbbells are so dusty that using them can dirty your clothes. The group class area, under hand dryer, bins and lockersalso show no signs of proper cleaning, no vacuuming, mopping, or sanitizing. The locker and bench areas are also unhygienic.
