I completed the Sukha Mukha 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training in July 2023. I thought about the YTT for many years, nervous to commit and prioritise. I finally did and looking back it’s been transformative. I have two young children and with time off work the yoga teachings have helped me navigate all the changes and transitions we go through as we parent and evolve. The course thoroughly covers many aspects of yoga, I love the history and philosophy and the way that Idit applies her deep knowledge to a contemporary practice. Idit’s teaching consolidated my understanding of yoga and gave me a practice I use daily. The whole experience has been a great personal journey of growth. I am so grateful for the skills and insights that Idit has given me through her teaching. There is so much to gain from this course, I highly recommend doing it.

Couldn't recommend Sukha Mukha and their Teacher Training enough!!! I adore Idit and the community she has created. Thankyou for supporting not just myself, but all those around you on the path that is yoga. Looking forward in what the future holds for us both <3

I did the 200h Yoga Teacher Training in Feb 2020 and it was one of the best experiences of my life! Such a transformational course! The program was very complete and all the teachers were really committed and passionate about what they were teaching. Highly recommend doing this training in Sukha Mukha. Thank you so much Idit and all the yoga teachers involved in this program! 🙏🏻💚

Sukha Mukha is a beautiful, vibrant community of caring, expert teachers. I was incredibly lucky to complete my 200HR teacher training with Idit and her team of specialised teachers, which was a wonderful experience. I have always felt deeply supported by the studio and would recommend to anyone thinking of starting yoga, taking teacher training, or looking for a welcoming community.

The Advanced Yoga Teacher Training course at Sukha Mukha was such a wonderful experience! They provided inspiring in depth content, clear structures and guidance, a variety of teachings and approaches along with excellent guest teachers. The group was very supportive, genuine and caring, there was time for integration, discussion, teaching practice, sharing & connection. I’ve been teaching for 18yrs and still received so much wisdom, insight, authentic teachings and community that lifted my heart and further re-inspired my love of yoga. I’m very grateful to Idit and Katie for being the kind of teachers we need in these times and creating an amazing program. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive community with genuine yoga teachings, shared in a way that is accessible, integrated experiential and inspiring.
