This past friday around 12pm I experienced what appeared to be a manager berrating a new staff member very loudly in front of a line of clients for something that was barely a mistake. It was completley innapropriate and extremely upsetting to witness. I had no issue with the new staff member, I actually thought he was nice, patient, and quite personable. I have never had any issues with this store in the past. Usually the staff are polite and helpful, but this experience has made me consider not going back.

I could not recommend this place more! I rushed here just before 5:30PM tonight to grab a bulb for my dead headlight. The super friendly staff at the front desk had organised the right bulb for my car after i called, and were waiting at the counter with it when I walked in. I mentioned as I left that I was headed to YouTube to figure out how to change it, and instead an assistant offered to help me if I waited for her to clock off! Petra was incredible and took time out of her evening to help me, and i left with my headlight good as new again (and newfound knowledge of how to change a bulb!) Petra was so kind and knowledgeable and the whole experience was just outstanding customer care. Will absolutely come here next time I need anything car-related.

The staff at the North Parramatta store were very thoughtful and helpful. They not only carried out their duties professionally but also shared their expertise with genuine care. I visited the store on Wednesday, 18/03/2026, to replace my car’s rain wipers. Two experienced staff members assisted me, and I especially appreciated the support from a kind older gentleman. When I asked whether I needed to purchase a specific product, he recommended an alternative option that was more affordable and still suitable. He also generously shared his years of experience, providing practical advice on how to maintain the wipers in good condition. The cashier was also very warm and kind. As I was quite worried about my rain wipers, she comforted me and made me feel at ease. As someone with limited knowledge about cars, this was truly a warm, supportive, and reassuring experience. I really appreciated their honesty, patience, and willingness to help beyond just making a sale.

This super cheap auto needs to train their staff better do not go for any colour paint matching, My girlfriend went twice for mazda 34k colour and both times they messed it up. First time went for Mazda 34k colour and all they gave was a pearly topcoat (not what she asked for). Second time went to get a Mazda 34k white colour and they gave a lime green. As you can see from the photos these colours are clearly not the same. Had to go somewhere else to get the paint and wasted a lot of time and money at this store.
