Went for simple puncture repair which he take more than hour busy in other things and asking $99 for 1 simple puncture repair and come down to $79 after whinging, which is still very expensive. Very unprofessional owner don’t know how to talk to customer. Don’t go there they will ripped you off.

I had a replacement and tire repair done today. Mark and his son were great. There was some communication issues but overall the service and cost was great. Compared to some places I had been that day, Mark took care and genuinly cared even with the slight communication issue. I can see how he has been around for 29 years. (would rate 4.5)

Went in asking for second-hand tyres at $99 each. Midway, they changed the plan to two new tyres at $139 each, and vaguely promised me a discount — I assumed the total would stay roughly the same. In the end, I was charged $357 for two new tyres and one second-hand (used) tyre. When I questioned the price, the owner raised my car, refused to release it unless I paid, and told me I couldn’t wait there — “Get out” — all in an extremely rude and aggressive tone. I was quoted $350 elsewhere for three brand-new Chinese tyres. If you’re reading this, avoid this shop. I’ll stick with the honest mechanic I trust — this place doesn’t deserve a second chance.

Easter is probably the worst time to have a problem with a tyre. We were customers here for years when we used to live in local area, and in an emergency they didn't turn us away before closing on Easter Thursday. Lucky for us they had the tyre we needed in stock, and we were able to drive home well after their advertised closing time, because these guys were absolutely slammed with work. We came back after ringing first on Saturday morning for a second tyre for the front of the car and wheel alignment to prevent scrubbing of inside of front tyres, which wasn't picked up during regular car service. Temperature around lunch time was 30 degrees, and bottled water was offered to thankful waiting clients. These guys are super busy because they are the best, and they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them.
