Sydney always has a great vibe, ton of things to do, attractions, and endless shopping. The public transport network is very good and reliable. It is an expensive place though, so be prepared. A downside is that it does not have water fountains to refill your water bottle. I am not sure why that is, considering that the summer can get very hot and humid. Nonetheless, enjoyable, yes it is.
