It's disappointing to see how unprofessional the store manager is. Selling faulry products and then blaming the customer for it. I bought a Largw croc leather hat from this store in december and i wore it twice before noticing that the size of the hat had become xtra small from large just by sitri g at home and when store was asked to exchange it I was treated like like I stole something from their store. I live in canberra could come earlier to change the hat so i was told there is no warranty or guarantee on the products they aell and they don't takethe responsibiltyof what they sell after 2 weeks. As per conaumer law a pruduct has to be refunded or replaced if it doesn't serv its purpose or is faulty. But rhe manager seems to lack the know and skill on how to treat customers. Posting photos of the size difference between 2 hats of same size juat to demonatrate what kind of items rhwy are selling. They out wrong price tags on items and then claim that it was a mistake and can't sell the item foe the marked price as well so many dramas at this place.

Visiting Sydney Harbour Gift Shop was one of the coolest places and shops we visited in Sydney! This charming spot, perfectly located right at Circular Quay in the heart of the city, offers an incredibly diverse and interesting range of high-quality Australian souvenirs. ​We spent a long time browsing their extensive collection, and what made the experience truly special was the staff. Sika and Ryan were exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful. Despite our long decision-making process, we ended up sharing wonderful stories - about life in Poland, the beauty of Sydney, and many other things that connect people regardless of where they come from. ​I am absolutely thrilled with my new acquisition - a classic Australian kangaroo leather hat. A huge thank you to Sika (the lady on the left) for her incredible patience while I was choosing, and to Ryan for helping me find the perfect fit. Very friendly staff and good selection of gifts and souvenirs. I have shoped here at my last couple if trips to Sydney and they are great. Ryan has helped my my last 2 visits, he knows about everything in the store, is very helpful and has great customer service.

One of the better souvenir shops in the row of not-amazing gift shops in Circular Quay. As a general rule, the further away from the opera house you are, the better selection and prices you'll get. Sydney Harbour Gifts has a descent range, including possum wool sweaters and modern, cute magnets that you don't find in every shop.
