I’ve been to the practice a few times these year due to ongoing health issues and I have to say Dr Tanusha is extremely patient and I never had a bad experience with her. I always been well treated by her and the receptionists. I always recommend Dr Tanusha to my friends that need a kind and caring GP.

Terrible experience. I was diagnosed with asthma without being properly examined and was even prescribed medication for it. I questioned the diagnosis several times but the doctor insisted I had asthma and sent me home. I later saw another doctor who actually examined me properly and confirmed that I do not have asthma. A misdiagnosis like this can seriously affect someone’s life. I would not recommend this doctor!!!

I went to this medical centre in December because I had a sore throat and flu-like symptoms. During the appointment, I asked Dr Verma for a blood test referral that I planned to use in January, because my insurance limit had already been reached and I needed to wait until the new year. He initially refused and said he could not give me the referral unless I came back in January for another appointment and paid for another visit. I explained that I did not want to pay for a second consultation just to get the same referral, and only after I insisted did he finally provide it. The same thing happened to my partner, but he did not push back, so he was forced to return and pay for another visit. This felt very unfair and unprofessional. Patients should not be pressured into paying for unnecessary extra appointments just to receive a referral they already discussed with the doctor.

It's a shame that the other 1 star reviews are valid. It really is clear that this clinic only cares about money. They even tried to charge a standard consult fee for blood test results that was already discussed the previous session on top of a $250 fee for a mental health plan. Had I not spoken up I would have paid an extra $90 on top. What's worse is the receptionist also talks about patients medical history records which likely breachs patient confidently. I will not be going back.

I had an extremely unpleasant and upsetting experience with “Dr.” S. Verma, who was an absolute disgraceful human being and a sad excuse for a doctor. He was rude from the very beginning and displayed a level of hostility and poor bedside manner that I have genuinely never encountered before from a “GP”. Before the appointment, I was informed that I may not be able to get what I needed, which I fully understood and accepted. I have been in similar situations before and have still been treated with respect and professionalism by other doctors. This experience was not about him being unable to help me. It was entirely about his mannerisms, his tone, and his sheer rudeness throughout the appointment. He was dismissive, cold, and completely lacking empathy. The way he spoke to me was unacceptable, and his bedside manner was shocking. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, which no patient should ever experience in a medical setting. The only positive aspect of this practice was the girls at reception, who were decent and polite. Unfortunately, that does not come close to outweighing the experience I had with “Dr.” S. Verma. I will be making a formal complaint and taking thi
