Best massage experience - the pressure was perfect and the staff were very attentive and caring. My partner and I got there two hours earlier to enjoy the spa facilities. Everything was clean and wonderful! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank you!

Would not recommend. I was gifted a spa package that included a 45min massage, 30min facial and access to the facilities. This spa service I believe needs to improve their booking system, staff professionalism and communication. My facial changed to a foot spa due to a therapist needing to leave early, this was communicated by staff the day prior to my appointment, when they called me back the day of, the worker speaking could have been more professional. Staff were friendly at the spa, they tried to fix the facial arrangement when I arrived but after seeing previous google reviews I went with the foot spa to avoid the facial. Baby oil was used in both services, the tea I was served before the foot spa was cold… I don’t believe this spa offers a luxury customer experience, it was also hard to relax using the facilities as there was 2 young kids jumping in the pool and in the jacuzzi. The foot spa itself was okay… My massage was nice however not enough to redeem the whole customer experience from first engagement to the end.

I don’t feel this experience justified the $250 price tag, and I wish I had read the Google reviews before making the booking. The facilities and treatment simply did not reflect the standard you would expect from a five-star experience. The staff who greeted us were warm and friendly, but unfortunately that was the highlight of the spa treatment itself. The massage and facial took place in an extremely small room with barely enough space for two guests and two therapists. There was no relaxing music or calming atmosphere—instead, the only background noise came from a heater in the corner and children screaming from the nearby pool. The massage felt more like 45 minutes of baby oil being rubbed across our skin than an actual therapeutic treatment. There was virtually no pressure, even after we requested more, and there was no consultation about injuries, areas of tension, or preferences beforehand. The routine also felt inconsistent, with one side of the body often receiving attention while the other was overlooked. The facial was equally disappointing. I booked a half day spa for a birthday present for my friend through Luxury Escapes. There is literally nothing luxurious about this place. It was dirty, towels were old and worn but the staff were nice and friendly. It was the only saving grace. When they asked us to sit and wait to be called in, we were directed to an area where washing and sheets were in a rubbish bag. There were used cups of tea on the side. We were not given tea. They used baby oil for our massages and our facials were not really proper facials. It was hard to describe. Particularly disappointing as we were there for a birthday treat. It does not look like the photos. I would not recommend at all.

5 stars because it was great value and I feel completely relaxed and refreshed. I used a voucher and received a 45 minute massage a 25 minute facial. Tea and biscuits at the end and use of the paradox hotel wellness centre facilities. Totally worth the price of the voucher. I brought the voucher, made my booking online and the appointment was confirmed by phone, email and SMS with clear instructions on how to find and access the spa. The massage was a Thai style massage so not lots of pressure like you would get with a remedial massage but very relaxing! And done professionally and well. I saw negative reviews about the amount of pressure used. There are different types of massages and this one is a relaxing one. I saw negative reviews about the size of the treatment room. It was just me so the room size was fine and who notices the room whilst being massage. It had a heater going so it was warm and toasty and relaxing music. The massage and facial was really good.
