First time visiting this place. The food is good but the hygiene and the service is very concerning. I ordered Singapore chill king prawn and pull out a hair when I had it. After talking to the staff, they told me “No one in the kitchen has long hair” then walked away. I called them for a second time, and told them that it’s true there is hair in my dish. The hair was wrapped around the prawn. The staff said they will have a look and then wanted to take the hair away(gladly I took a picture). The staff stood in front of the kitchen for 10secs and told me that the hair is brown or red ish and no one has colored hair…… Super disappointed at what the solution they took when accident happened. Honestly, who wants to have hair in their dish? Basically no solution at all. In the end I paid for the whole thing, it’s no point of arguing cuz they won’t do anything. ——————————————————————— I have contacted the restaurant and they have provided valid solution. They also acknowledged that what happened was unexpected and understood how frustrating it was. So I would like to update my review based on what the shop has actioned.

The legendary Temasek. In a new location but still one of the best Singaporean restaurants in Sydney. The chicken rice was delicious - same succulent chicken as in the past. Rice had good flavour as well. Do note card payments need a $30 minimum spend. Come early to escape the lunch time crush.

fantastic spot for authentic Asian food. The beef curry was absolutely delicious—rich, tender, and packed with flavour. The roti was fresh, light, and perfectly crispy on the outside, making it the ideal accompaniment to soak up the curry sauce. The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A great place for a casual meal with family or friends. Highly recommended for anyone

Fantastic spot in Parramatta for authentic Singaporean-Malay cuisine! The flavours are rich, vibrant, and feel true to tradition. Every dish was fresh, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. Friendly service and a great atmosphere make it a place I’d happily return to. Highly recommended!

Fabulous food and exquisite customer service. Highly recommended visiting this mainstay of Parramatta if in the area. Indoor and outdoor seating. Specialties including vast array of vegetarian options. Takeaway containers available for those unable to complete the fine feast in situ 🍛
