I’ve been there 5 times and I never bought one thing because your lines are ridiculously long all the time, and I don’t have the time to stand in the line for ages. It’s not exactly because business is too busy. It’s to do with ineffective management. Maybe you should consider investing in self checkouts. You’re honestly losing a lot of customers for such inefficient check out. It looks so silly in the year 2026 when the world is becoming more and more automated, particularly China

I had a very disappointing experience at this store, and I will not be returning. They engage in misleading consumer practices - namely, charging customers more than the marked price. This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I noticed a discrepancy between the price I was being charged ($4.35) and the price on the tag ($3.75). I pointed out the price discrepancy to the staff, and they said that the increased price was the new price. They refused to honour the advertised price, stating that that was their manager's orders. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said he was overseas. If you are going to shop here, make sure you check that you are being correctly charged.

Amazing Asian supermarket that has just about everything. Great cooking/household items from Japan as well. Love it.

I've been shopping at Thai Kee for years—it's my go-to for all my Asian groceries. But during Lunar New Year, it really shines. The store is always decked out in red, packed with festive snacks and treats, and buzzing with that special exciting energy. It feels like my childhood and instantly puts me in the celebration mood. More than just a supermarket, it’s where I reconnect with the joy of our traditions.

Always love how many things they sell here! It's my go to grocer since I work quite close and it's easy if I want something quick and easy for a snack. I love that during the moon festival period, they have a big pop up stall in the building! Legit so overwhelmed by how many different brands and flavours they have available. There were also some mooncakes that were on sale too! So convenient really I also went during the lunar new year period. They had so many different sets, both traditional and modern, sweet and savoury. I love their variety!
