I can’t believe how horrible their meat is especially their sausages, judge for yourself in the photo. We bought over 300 dollars worth yesterday and cooked 3 stakes for dinner, it was tasty however afterwards we were all bloated which I found strange .. we had only their steaks and a plain salad which I prepared. That’s not normal… Today for dinner I thought I’ll cook the sausages and it was REALLY BAD!! They smelled off and the worse part is we realised after cooking dinner because the whole kitchen smelled like garlic, onion and italian spices and I never thought of checking if it smelled off because I bought the sausages the day become and came home straight away (by the way it was refrigerated properly) When I gave my son his plate he said this is off (he is only a child by the way and could notice it ) he spat it out and I thought impossible! it can’t be because it’s all fresh, I took a bite and it was definitely off. I’m disappointed and disgusted by their poor service and honesty. The young lady serving us was also very strange with black makeup, super long fake nails.. and I was hoping the fake nails wouldn’t go through the plastic when she had hand picking the meat. She

Got my Christmas turkey here and was delighted with it. The staff were so nice and helpful - they held on to the turkey for me until Christmas Eve and also removed the bones for me (which they vacuum packed and gave to me too). Great butcher, will be back for more!

First order today after a quick google to find the best price on a full rump. Cracking special from this company with a $10 delivery fee it was well worth it for the Victorian grass feed rump. Git it with 4 hours and I sliced it at home. Great service with good looking steaks . Will definitely buy again.

Think I might have finally found my new butcher. Ordered on line. Looked great in pictures, and when it arrived quality matched. They offered vacuum packing for extra ten dollars. Which was great as don’t like to freeze meat. To date everything we have had was fantastic. With delivery 10 dollars, happy to pay the extra. It arrived when they stated and was superbly packed with environmental packaging we can recycle. Absolutely love this place. Can wait to order again.

If you're looking for the highest quality, organic, grass-fed and free range meat... This is the first place you should go, every time. Many organic pantry products also. They deliver very fast and consistently. Honestly love the meat store and will support them for as long as they keep putting as much care as they do, into their selection.
