I recently visited VIC’s Meat Market and had such a great experience. The chef/staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I asked about the particular cuts and parts I needed for my Bak Kut Teh. His recommendation was absolutely perfect, the meat turned out tender, rich, and full of flavour after slow cooking. You can really tell they understand quality and care about helping customers choose the right products for their cooking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for premium meats and genuine customer service. Will definitely be coming back again!

Just experienced the best customer service of my life and I work in retail. The selection and quality of the meat is outstanding, the staff are SUPER helpful and kind and they have a great range of hot sauces too. The only place to buy meat in Bondi. Cheers guys!

I have honestly never had such amazing steak, we now buy a rib eye a week (along with all the other amazing products) and cook it on the barbecue and flip it ever 2 mins for 25-30 mins and it is literally mouth watering! 100% recommend, the guys at Bondi junction are also amazing and are so friendly! Love this company! 👏

The shop itself is beautifully arranged, with every display tempting your taste buds and creating an inviting, gourmet atmosphere thus making this a truly immersive butcher experience.

Great place for fresh meats and tasty condiments. Crista was hospitable and helpful with her customer service skills. I got the lamb sausage rolls to take home and it came out perfectly in the air fryer! Thank you for not disappointing on the quality and well done with the loyalty card.
