We visited this restaurant for dosa. The taste of the food was good. However, the overall customer service was disappointing. No one provided spoons or tissues, and we had to wait around 10 minutes just to pay the bill because the staff at the counter seemed confused and unorganized. While the food tasted great, the presentation could also be improved. With better customer service, faster billing, and improved presentation, this restaurant has the potential to provide a much better dining experience.

Went with friends to try Udupi-style food as the restaurant promised. The food tastes good, Benne Mysore Masala Dose(dosa) tastes authentic. It's perfectly crispy on the outside, and the stuffing masala tastes great. Udupi Bun was ok in taste. Upma(chow chow bath) tastes ok and the sweet that comes with it was delicious. The coffee is on the bitter side for my taste, due to too much chicory blend. Clean, spacious dining hall. Friendly, responsive service. Finding parking is a bit tricky.

After waiting an 1 hour this is only thing we got form here: glass of water. Still here waiting for food, please hurry up do something bring the food , after this not expecting a lot from food too?. Ps. The owner came to us and served the food and look after us which was amazing, understandable they were busy and asked for apologies, the food was amazing no complaints on that. Overall it’s a amazing place for food. The bun was amazing

The food here absolutely deserves 5 stars. It’s great to see authentic Udupi cuisine being brought to Sydney, especially in a market already full of generic South Indian options. There is a genuine difference here, and you can taste it. The dosas were perfectly crispy, the sambar was rich (not watery), and the mysore bun and korma are amazing. Yes, opening day was a bit chaotic with huge crowds, but it’s unfair to judge them just on that. The demand itself shows how exciting this place is. The owners were warm and accommodating despite the pressure. With time, the management will settle, but the food is already top-notch. Sydney needs more places like this.

Owners/Managers felt like very good and kind people. Staff were very good but the circumstances made them answer everyone’s requests and I think it was overwhelming for them to manage. Kids had chipped in and also assisted in bringing water etc. I wish they were more organised and planned for their opening day. Hope they get better and better with experience. More work needed there for planning, organising, managing, and delivering food to table. Visited on the opening day on 27th June, just after 12:45PM got a table at around 1:00PM. I understand that it was their opening day Ordered 1 dosa combo and 1 Idly combo Received dosa combo first 1:30PM but the dosa was very cold and very crispy. Had to ask the staff to replace it. After looking at the staff and asking multiple times, we received our second round of dosa combo, just with dosa but no vada, sweets, etc. genuinely I never had Benne dosa but it was good but too much oil. I felt like it would have been much better. Vada was very cold and not soft. Aloo bonda was not bad. Could have been hot and fresh. Thatte Idly was not bad. Chutneys were fine. Halwas were good but the portions were very small (just one table spoon). Filte
