⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing time at Timezone! Great games, friendly staff like Mia and EMMA, and a fun atmosphere for both kids and adults. The venue was clean, well-maintained, and there was plenty to do. Definitely a great place to spend time with family and friends. Highly recommended!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 6th birthday at Timezone Parramatta and had a fantastic experience. The kids had an amazing time playing games and enjoying the party with their friends. A special thank you to Tiana, who was an excellent host. She was incredibly helpful, organised, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Managing a group of excited children would have been much more challenging without her support. It was also great that the adults could join in and play a few games, making the experience enjoyable for everyone. Overall, a fun and memorable celebration. Highly recommend Timezone Parramatta for children’s birthday parties!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We celebrated my son’s birthday party at Timezone Parramatta and it was an absolute amazing experience! The venue is super clean, well-maintained, and perfect for kids’ parties. Everything went so smoothly and the kids had a wonderful time playing all the games. A special shoutout to the lovely girl who hosted our party — she was fantastic! Very friendly, helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She really made the whole celebration stress-free and enjoyable for us. Thank you so much Timezone Parramatta for creating such beautiful memories. Highly recommended for birthday parties! 🎉

We (party of 3 adults and teenage boy, 2 of the party being international visitors) had such a wholesome 2 hours of fun at Timezone Parramatta. The venue looks brand new and very well maintained. Special thanks to Josh and William for your amazing service. Thanks Josh for your patience and friendly, cheerful customer service and showing us how some of the games worked. We had so much fun with the Japanese Drums! And Thanks for patiently telling us about the Lava Game option - we were thrilled to get up to level 17! We had so many laughs and wholesome fun. Our tight entertainment budget used here was really worth it given the amount of fun we had. Look forward to bringing friends/family back adults/kids alike. :)

A special mention to the venue manager, Ellie, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail really stood out and made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about both customers and her team.
