Tina, Ethan and Craig were so extremely helpful in setting up back to back games for our bucks night. My friends and I have been coming to Zero Latency Parramatta for about a year now and have loved every experience we've had, the games from Outbreak, Singularity & Warhammer are incredibly immersive and provides such a unique VR experience you just can't at home on your own headset. It's especially worth if you have never played VR before as a great way to get a feel for how immersive you can feel in different worlds. Tina and Ethan hosted our games and had so much enthusiasm and energy towards the games and kept the groups that were taking a break entertained in reality while we waited for our next turn. With the multiples of experiences I've had, Zero Latency Parramatta is a must visit if you are looking for something fun in Parramatta.

My friends and I were walking past Zero Latency VR when one of my mates pointed it out and said he had heard good things about it, so we decided to go in and have a look out of curiosity. We were greeted by Tina, who was honestly amazing from the start. She was super friendly, welcoming and had really great customer service. She took the time to explain everything to us, gave us a tour, showed us some of the games, explained how booking works and even gave us a card and a 10% discount coupon. She explained everything so well that we literally decided to book on the spot and came back 20 minutes later for our session. The experience itself was insane. We played Outbreak and honestly it was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done. I’ve been playing video games for years but this was a completely different level. It actually felt like you were inside the game. Running around with your friends, shooting enemies, completing missions, it genuinely felt unreal. At one point I actually felt like John Wick 😂 Tina was also great again before the game started and made sure all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Me and my cousin had such a wonderful experience last night playing both haunted and outrage, both experiences were so amazing and completely different I can’t recommend it enough! Tina our host was absolutely amazing! She answered all the questions we had before we even asked and was super patient and helpful throughout the entire process.

We came today at around 4and played spacemarine with 2 of my friends and found it absolutely great. From customer servuce from tina who was great with her sense of humour and also her pleasant smile made our time great over there with the great game so highly recommend everyone to play and also hope you give best employ of the month to the great servuce provider tina we will visit soon

We had the absolute best time… Haunted House and Zombie shooting. Different experiences but both amazing. It was our first time doing VR, and we now want to try them all. Host was great, venue was cool, we’ll be back time and time again.
