Bought dog treats which turned out to be ALL mouldy, not just one or two. They were ALL mouldy. After contacting them, they say I have to inconvenience myself by going back into the store in order to get a refund. I live over 30 minutes drive away. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to use MY petrol and waste MY own time for these clown's mistake.

I had a fantastic experience at TK Maxx thanks to Sharon’s outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out, and it’s clear she cares about her customers. It’s not often you come across service this good, and Sharon is a real credit to the team.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this store. After completing my purchase, a security guard began following me, my baby, and a family member inside the store, which immediately felt harassing. I then saw a sales assistant talking with him about us, so I asked if there was a problem. She approached me with a toy my baby had briefly touched and said, “Are you buying it?” I explained that I was not buying, she continued pressuring me to buy it, saying, “But your baby touched it.” I explained that I did not intend to purchase it and by law, I don’t have to purchase items my child touches. She replied, “Just asking,” but why involve security, follow me, and even take the toy from the shelf I had returned at the beginning of shopping? The security guard continued following us and was extremely rude and aggressive when I asked why. Customers should not be monitored, harassed, or made to feel unsafe for normal shopping behavior, especially when accompanied by children and family. Under Australian law, harassing, following, or intimidating a customer without reasonable suspicion may constitute harassment, and retail staff have no right to force purchases or treat lawful customers

Located within Westfield Hurstville, TK Maxx is a go-to for locals who enjoy the "treasure hunt" style of shopping. Like most of their stores, the Hurstville branch is a high-volume outlet where the stock changes rapidly, meaning you might find a designer gem one day and leave empty-handed the next. The Shopping Experience The store is spread across a decent floor plan, generally organized by category (Mens, Womens, Home, Kids, and Beauty). The "Treasure Hunt": Many shoppers compare it to op-shopping because of the sifting required. If you see something you like, you have to grab it immediately; it’s rarely there an hour later. Variety: The Home and Kitchen sections are often cited as the strongest areas, featuring unique imported ceramics, high-end candles (like Glasshouse), and specialty snacks or teas that you won’t find in Coles or Woolworths. Pricing: You can expect significant discounts (often 20–60% off RRP) on brands like Steve Madden, DKNY, and various K-beauty labels. Pros and Cons . High-End Finds: Occasional sightings of luxury brands like Max Mara or high-quality leather goods at a fraction of the price. Inconsistent Sizing: Because stock is opportunistic, you’ll

The store had a variety of women’s clothing on racks according to size. Some of the clothing were so nice and good value for money. They had a variety of other things to including Christmas gifts. This is actually the first time I have been to TK max and I will definitely be going again. Staff were friendly including the security guards. Definitely recommend
