Very clean butcher with a wide range of meats and poultry to suit everyone's needs. The custom service is very good. They also sell other products other than meat that you can find in the fridge and counters.

Ordered for NYE and it was a hit! Everyone asked where we ordered our meat. The best part was you can buy meats on skewers already so you dont have to do it yourself, perfect for big parties or if you just don't have time. It wasn't overpriced which was also very good, a lot of the times places charge you extra for no reason especially around December. Everything tasted good and fresh. We also got dips and bread. Will be buying again soon, can't wait!

The staff's behaviour seems to mirror the owner's values, leaving no doubt that the lack of care and respect is a deliberate business practice. You've lost the respect and loyalty of at least 15 customers today, and it's likely we are not the only ones who have experienced the same treatment. Potential customers should be aware that they can expect to be treated as nothing more than a transaction. You don't deserve loyalty or respect from the community. You're a faceless corporation that sees customers as nothing more than a means to an end. At best, you should be treated like a drive-through service – impersonal and transactional. Nobody needs to settle for this kind of service. There are many reputable Middle Eastern and Australian butchers in the area that can provide far better quality of service, including meat. You're not missing out on anything by avoiding Tony Francis Meats. In fact, you'll likely be better off without them. Let this be a warning to potential customers there are better
