After getting a puncture from roadworks today, I visited four different tyre centres in Blacktown looking for help. I was in between appointments and needed to get back on the road as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the other places I visited either told me to come back in several hours or return the next day. When I arrived and explained my situation to Tom, he immediately understood the urgency. Unlike the others, he didn't hesitate to help. He got my tyre replaced and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. The service was professional, efficient, and genuinely customer focused. It's rare to find someone who is willing to go out of their way to help when you're in a difficult situation, and Tom did exactly that. I really appreciated his willingness to fit me in and get the job done so quickly. Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for fast, reliable service.

Shout out to the guys at this shop. Went in and was advised that the screw and other metal did not puncture the inner wall. They put the wheel back on, no charge. Thank you so much. Will be back for tyres when i need them.

A big shout out to Steve. I took my car in for a tyre puncher repair. It had a nail I could visually see in the tread. When it was removed it didn’t pierce the tyre itself so no repair was needed after all. He could have been dishonest & charged me $45 for the repair that wasn’t needed. I’m so grateful for honest humans like him. I was happy to pay for his time but he didn’t charge me. Thank you so much & I would highly recommend this business & will be telling people of my experience.

Best staff service. They are very genuine and honest people. It was my first visit for my tyre replacement at this store. I purchased tyre and they gave me the best price at the store. I highly recommend this store. Must visit this store and have a good experience.

It is good fast. There was a nail in the tyre and it was Sunday. I was lucky that it was open on that day. I drove there and got happy. I waited there more than my expectations, since there were lots of car that had been there before me waiting to get there stuff fixed there. When it was my turn, just got fixed in the blink of an eye. Thank you
