I was also extremely disappointed by my experience with one of the reception staff. I was confused about why the receptionist repeatedly questioned a referral that had already been made by my doctor after my consultation. As a patient, I did not understand why I needed to explain or justify a medical referral that had already been assessed by my doctor. What concerned me even more was that my reason for being referred and my medical information were discussed openly at the reception desk, where other patients could hear the conversation. I did not feel that my privacy or confidentiality was respected, which left me feeling embarrassed and deeply uncomfortable. Overall, this experience left me feeling deeply disappointed and disrespected. Patient privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and respectful communication should be the minimum standard in any healthcare setting. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who values compassionate, professional, and confidential care.

It was a very positive experience; the reception staff were extremely patient in answering my questions, and the doctor explained everything very clearly and suggested a sensible course of tests.
