When I finally got home, I couldn’t wait to eat my Cinnabon rolls. But then, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I opened the box and saw they messed up my order. I had asked for four caramel pecanbons and two classic rolls, but what I got was a totally different mix. It made me wonder if the girl at the counter was having a bad day or if there were just some issues with the service there. It’s hard to believe they could mix up such a simple order so badly. I tried to stay chill about it, but it was super frustrating. Honestly, this whole experience has totally changed how I feel about the place, and I doubt I’ll be going back for Cinnabon anytime soon. It’s really disappointing to look forward to a treat and then get hit with a letdown over a simple mistake.

The 5 star is not for the station itself as it is old, overcrowded and boring but it’s to the wonderful staff who helped to get to my destination when I had lost my phone and wallet. I had a long way to go from townhall to Batemans bay and had no idea where to go. She was a Philippine woman who was really good. I forgot her name but never gonna forget her kindness.

This station is a hazard. They literally put blindingly bright ad screens in front of the stairs as you walk down. I almost fell down the stairs a few times due to the flashing light in my face. I get that they want to make as much money as possible. But please give a little bit of care to your customers’ safety. We are not just walking consumers, we are people. Our lives and safety matters.

This is for future generations to appreciate, the busy George St. from Town Hall down towards Central Station was closed for traffic during the construction of the light rail line during the years 2017-2019.
