The course I enrolled in was cancelled and rather than re-imburse my credit card, they have given me a credit note for another course. Why would I want to do another course with them and HOW can you run a business like this????

Everything meets expectations and all the course content was delivered but tutor wasn't very engaging and there were no tea/coffee facilities for break-time. I'd say a little bland compared to other providers. The course materials and day pack was a nice surprise - bag with mentos, bottle of water, notepad and pen - though my computer did crash several times in the day which made it difficult to keep up :(

I called to ask for information. The person who took my call had an Asian accent and couldn’t understand what I was saying, after asking me many questions and not answering my enquires I just decide that internet would be a faster option. Plus staff was very ignorant, after I said my country of origin in South America, she had no clue which country I was talking about. it sounded like a joke. If the university’s first impression is this, I don’t want to know what I can expect from the uni itself. It’s extremely disappointing how most of Australian universities are just behind internationals money but they didn’t even offer minimum quality in exchange of a lot money they take from us.
