Based on my recent experience regarding student services and student administration team VU sydney , i would like to give this uni 0 star rating they don’t even deserve 1 start . Recently i requested my official transcript and extended COE which were required for application of student visa extension . At first the front desk team told me to send mail to student administration team for the above listed request . In reponse to the request the student administration team replied that i had outstanding fees (which i paid already) was not updated on the university’s portal . So, they won’t be able to give required documents to me . I provided the proof of payment of the fees i paid and told then this is urgent i need this documents asap but they still wouldn’t provide the requested documents to me due to the slow processing time of portal . For which i don’t think i was to be blamed for . After sending five consecutive mails to the student administration team , team gave me the old form according to which i was required to pay $20 for transcript . I paid the $20 and sent the filled form to them , to which i got no response in return . One of my class mates told me of VU chatbot and i

Victoria university Sydney offers the best Block Model study experience. The ability to focus one unit at a time really helps students understand concepts deploy without feeling overwhelmed. The learning enviornment is flexible. What i also love the range of engagement activities organised by Amer khan, which males the campus experience even more engaging and fun. These activities helps students connect with other students make friends and feel part of the community. Highly recommend VU Sydney for both it's academic model and the vibrant student life.

Arriving in a new country can be a bit stressful, but my first experience in Sydney was really smooth and comforting thanks to Victoria University Sydney’s airport pickup service. A special thanks to Anam bhaia, one of the Student ambassadors, who came to receive me at the airport. He greeted me with a warm smile, helped me with my luggage, and gave me some really helpful guidance about my next steps in Sydney. His friendly behavior made me feel very welcomed and less nervous on my first day. I also appreciate the VU Sydney team for organizing such a thoughtful service for international students. It shows how much they care about our comfort and wellbeing from day one. I’m truly grateful for the support. Highly recommend future students to make use of this amazing service, it really makes a big difference!

Touchdown in Sydney, and what an unforgettable welcome! From the very first moment, Victoria University made me feel right at home. Being greeted at the airport by Anam, the amazing Student Ambassador, with such genuine warmth set the tone for my journey ahead. 🌏✈️ A special thanks to Amer and the entire Student Experience team for going above and beyond to make everything seamless. I truly feel supported, valued, and excited to begin this new chapter with VU Sydney. 💙

I feel truly grateful for my experience at Victoria University Sydney. From the very beginning, the support and warmth I received made the transition to a new country so much easier. The free airport pickup and thoughtful welcome kit were wonderful gestures, but what touched me most was the personal care shown through the Student Ambassador, Anam. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, guiding me with patience and kindness at every step. His friendly approach and genuine support made me feel less like a newcomer and more like part of a family. I sincerely thank Victoria University Sydney for creating such a welcoming environment, and a special thanks to Anam for making my first days here truly memorable.
